The title for enhancing delta brainwaves (sleep and deep relaxation) is incredibly effective. I fall asleep in minutes while this very relaxing music is playing. The title for enhancing beta waves is also effective. I listen to it in the afternoon when I typically start to slow down and the music tends to invigorate me. Highly recommended.
